I can give you one word of advice though, DO NOT get into the payday loan cycle, online payday lenders are ILLEGAL in your state, most Internet lenders are nothing more than criminals anyway. Now that you are aware that Pa. prohibits payday loans, you are responsible for adhering to that law by NOT seeking out a payday loan.
