Need Help In Texas/PDL

Cash Biz is not licensed to lend in TX. How much did you initially borrow from them? How much have you paid to them so far? I'm assuming this was an internet loan? Don't worry about working with them right now. Let's concentrate on a plan for the other 3, then we'll come back to CB.

Regarding the other 3, you are going to have to set up payment arrangements with them and stick to them. I would start with the smallest one and pay it off as quickly as you can. Then move on to the next highest and the next. When you set up an arrangement and don't stick to it, the company no longer will believe anything you say. Have you contacted their corporate offices to make the arrangements? Perhaps sending a letter outlining an arrangement you could stick to, and including the first payment with the letter could go a long way in helping your cause.

If they won't set up an arrangement with you, I would just make payments. Make sure you pay with a credit card (pre-paid or otherwise), money order, cashier's check, etc. so you will have proof of payments made. This will show good faith in trying to resolve the debt.

Cash Biz is a storefront loan I borrow 400 and owe them 500.00

I will try that but all of them are calling at the same time 2 of them has already sent me to a 3rd party agency.

I have also purchase a pre-paid card.

I just want to know how can I condolidate these for a lower payment amount without paying them in full or someone that can really help me with all these collections calls

Cash Biz is a storefront? They're not listed in the license database as a PDL or a CSO for TX. Do they go by any other name?

Sorry, Cash Biz is a dba, they're actually Cash Zone and they are legal as well. You're going to have to pay them too. The only way you can consolidate them is to borrow money to pay them all in full. I'm guessing you don't qualify for a consolidation loan or you'd not have had to turn to PDLs. Many of us on this site have been or still are in the same situation. Do you have a 401K you can borrow from? A friend or family member who could loan you the money? Other than that, you're just going to have to negotiate payment arrangements with these folks and pay them off one at a time.

When I first got a loan with these yrs ago they were call Cash Zone/ Cash Zone is no longer they close them down... Now the opreate under Cash Biz is now they offical name.

Since Cash Zone in TX is no longer and they close them down that should be something right

Actually when I borrowed a loan from them a yr they was call Cash Zone they are no longer in Business. When I borrowed this loan in July 2010. I was still in the system for cash zone they had to take me out the system in order to get a loan with Cash Biz..... Cash Zone is not longer in texas and now under Cash Biz. So they are not legal.....

Like I need sample letters to give to them. If you have an sample letters like payment arrangments or any other letters that would be helpful for me to send to coroprate that would be great. Or any other advice to help me pay these off.

They're licensed as Cash Zone dba Cash Biz. They are legal. I would simply send each of them an email, to the address on their website and ask for a payment arrangement you can afford. Since you're already in default, you should probably ask for a settlement. I'd go for about 75% of what they say you owe and ask for at least 4 payments to pay it off.

Well I found the corporate number for Cash Biz and set up some payment arrangements starting in Jan.. Much easier then I thought.. Should have done this back in Aug.... Instead of dealing with the store... These stores are such an headache.. Always giving you the run around....

Contact each of your lenders that you need to still make arrangements with and discuss your situation. You can do this in person, via email, via US Postal mail, fax or by phone. It's your choice.
