Whether the complaints go away or not, I'm sure L, D, and G will find means and ways to come after me again. I'm still waiting upon the call from the FDCPA lawyer. I have to make a decision whether to go thru with filing the complaint and sue the firm. Before I do decide to continue with the lawsuit, I just want to make sure with the lawyer that this will not cost me my whole body to pay for this lawsuit. If there is such a charge to go after him. According to the contract, it's no cost to me, but I don't want to be blindsided and get a bill that I can't afford. So, I'm just waiting for results.

well a good consumer lawyer will sue on a contingency basis.meaning the bottomfeeder(L,D AND G)will pay his fee and court costs as well.also meaning you get 1,000.00 and you pay nothing.

I'm sorry I haven't been around to follow up with you both on the situation. The lawyer and I keep playing phone tag with each other. I think my account is now closed since he and I keeps playing tag. I still have yet to find out whether it's still open or not. I've made other tough decisions that I indeed to hopefully follow and pursue, it's just the anticipation whether I can go thru with it without any hiccups. I'll keep you posted.

I just wanted to give you guys an update on what's been going on. The calls has stopped from L, D, and G. Due to everything that has happened and with a lot of thought put into it, I'm actually now filing for bankruptcy. Due to the careless of many PDL's that's over my head and trying to pay my creditors all at once, I can no longer do this. I want a fresh start and hoping this will be it. I've met with a couple of lawyers already and made my decision on how to proceed. I can't handle this anymore, it's not only stressing me out, but eating me alive with all these ungodly PDL's that I got myself into. I need all these PDL's companies to stop calling me and collecting all I've got. Including my creditors. I'm starting over as of today and hoping to move forward from this point on. Wish me luck. I've got a lot of support from this forum and thanks again for listening to my story.

Just wanted to give you both an update in regards to this firm. I received an e-mail from the Attorney's General Fraud Representative and informed that they are now investigating this firm to the full extent violating all practices under the FDCPA and wants a statement from me to further take action on this firm. I have yet to reply because I put this firm behind me and slowly making my way to clean fresh start with a decision that I've made that I've never done before. I've noticed everyone on here is still dealing with them and they just don't stop. I do hope the Attorney's General will follow thru on their word and shut this firm down once and for all.

well then reply and give a statement.that is how the AG'S will shut places like this down.while i'm glad the cretins aren't bothering you.they could start again down the road.please,please,please reply with everything you can as that is how crinimals like this are shut down.pursue this with your AG to the end.
