Hi, ran across this sight as i was looking for this company as well. I never authrized this company for a payday loan, I have no contract, and now this company has my bank account info, and after reading these comments i'm very upset because however i did apply for a loan from a different company in which i have the contract and can notify them, it's disappointing to know that this company just dropped money into my account my problem now is how can i return this money to them in which i never applied for. What am I to do?

You are indeed in a dire situation. A lot of payday loan companies do that to make money from consumers. Sometimes, payday loan companies operate in different names. So, are you sure that they are not the same company? Inform your bank manager about this issue as soon as possible. He may tell you what can be be done. You have 2 options - either close the account or put a hard debit lock. You may also contact a lawyer and get legal help.

First of all, please list the following information so we can help you.
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

Most Internet payday lenders are illegal, if one has your personal account information, they are do. It would be in your best interest to close your account, provide the info requested above, it will help us to help you.
