after reading the forum I went to my bank TD Bank n told them my situation and ask about putting my account n a deposit status only n was told they no longer do this. They told me my situation has been common n they stop doing this because so many bankers were requesting this. I spoke to the branch manager n she confirm. Blocking or stop payments would not work either bcuz the payday co would find a loop hole. So I decided to close my account but have a direct deposit already set to come through my account nxt week n hope I can do this in time bfor the finance charges r posted. I am ready to do this I am stressed out n can't get my self out of this just payi g the finance fees. I hope I can make arrangements to pay my debt. Please help w any into u can offer.

Go back into your bank and talk to the branch manager again, this time take with you a written list of each lender, and include this letter with it.

At least you can block your lenders until you are able to close that account. The bank MUST honor your written request per regulation E.
