I have been receiving calls from them for the last two months (since I've been in this pdl trap). I got tired of ignoring the call. I finally answered and just told them to quit calling and that were a bunch of scam artists... It didn't do any good, because the lady called me back within 5 mins.... She did have a heavy indian type accent.

None of your threats will work. Who ever this is most of us have received calls from them. No authorities can help because they spoof their phone numbers and names. I know, these creeps stole my identity and this Indian speaking women is calling companies impersonating me, and giving out all of my personal information home and business phone, home and business address, date of birth, email and social to any one that will listen. I only know this is happening because she called a company 50 times in one day before they realized that maybe something was wrong and when they called my work phone number they realized I wasn't Indian speaking. Next thing to happen to me within (1) week of this is my corporate master card had fraudulent charges on it. Timing is so obvious that it could possible be them who made those charges. Credit card cancelled, but my identity is another matter.
