I ALSO TOOK OUT A PAYDAY LOAN THAT KEPT BEING EXTENDED NOW I AM GETTING CALLS FROM OFFICER JOHNNY MARSHALL/JOHNNY MILLER ALL DIFFERENT # AT WORK SAYING HE IS FROM CRIME PREVENTION.... I OWE $210 WHICH I AM NOT PAYING THIS MAN WITH A DEBIT CARD THEY ALL SOUND FOREIGN AND ARE REALLY SCARING ME WHAT TO DO????????

It's a scam for sure. An officer of the law would not be calling you about a debt. Owing a debt is a civil matter, not a criminal one. Read the information at the link below and you will get a better understanding of how these online payday lenders work. They share and sell their customers personal information to scammers overseas and in the U.S. You should never admit to owing a debt to a voice on the phone, whether you owe it or not is irrelevant, NEVER admit to owing a debt over the phone.

Follow Shazzers' and Buzzettes' advice on this one; if they call again and you feel like talking to them, do NOT admit to a loan, but tell them to send you something in writing with more information about the debt. I certainly wouldn't give anyone a single penny on the basis of a phone call.
