Bank Credit card Arbitration with Suttel and Hammer WATCH OUT ,

I had an agreed to Arbitration with Suttel and hammer in January 2011 and an appointed lawyer to do arbitration..
In the meantime suttell filed for summary judgement, notifying the court, notifying the
arbitration lawyer and send me a certified letter (no receipt required) which I got
too late, as my mail was forwarded. They got the summary judgement plus fees and fees and fees. The arbitration lawyer says, oh you will have to get an attorney now. We can't give any advise.
Anything I can do to reverse this or turn it into the Washington State Bar???

As your arbitration lawyer has suggested, you should contact an attorney and take his help in this matter. He will be the best person to guide you as to whether or not you'll be able to reverse the summary judgment.

You may argue that it was an untimely suit, but the court will consider a lot of things before granting the motion. Go through your initial agreement with Suttel and consult with an attorney.
