I have several Payday loans....all paid due to direct deposit. However, they are putting me in the negative every two weeks. I just paid $400 in overdraft fees.
I have no problem with paying the loan and a fee....however....it is never ending.

I bank with TD.
Loans are with. Loan PointUSA; United Cash Loans; SSM Group; Kenwood Services; Galaxy Funding; Northway and MY Cash Now.

Please help.:confused:

All of these payday lenders are illegal/unlicensed. You should follow the guidelines on how to deal with illegal lenders as posted above by Anna. Don't skip any steps and please don't send out any letters until your bank account is closed!
