I have been called 15 times in 30 minutes from this debt collector. When I did answer it I was called a --s h---s.

Hi!
Welcome to the forums!
Next time they call you, ask them to reveal their identity. If they are a collection agency and have called regarding a debt, then tell them to validate the debt first. If they can't prove that you actually owe the debt, then send a Cease and Desist letter to them.

If they have called you after 9 pm or before 8 am, then they have violated FDCPA law. In that case, you can take legal action against them.

If you have never had contact form this company previously I would:

a) verify that you are the person they are seeking and if so
b) verify your address
c) inform them that they have made initial contact and now have 5 days to send you details of the debt in writing

Once you recieve their initial dunning letter, you have 230 days to request validation of the debt.
