I called the "investagor" back to try and get some proof of this loan and she stated the the only proof i needed was that she had my info and the info for the references that i used at the time and that i owed them money the she spit out some legal stuff at me....I live in texas what are my options?

the name of the pdl is quik paydayloans incorporated the "investigator" that contacted me said she worked for NIXOn and Nixon out of florida i googled the heck out of it and couldnt find them the number she contacted me from is 678-971-8460

Did this person happen to have an indian accent. This sounds like calls ive gotten. I checked the numbers and found out that these people get your information from past pdl's and try to scare you into paying them. Dont give them any information.

I would tell the "investigator" to shove it where the sun doesn't shine, then please file a complaint against them with the FTC and your state attorney general, make sure you include this phone number with your complaints, please follow through on the complaints.
