I also have 2 local store front loans with Check n Go and First American, which I have been paying biweekly and reloaning on.
I have closed the bank account. I know that I am obligated to pay the actual amounts borrowed to each lender and will do so with a money order or prepaid money card. Can i get a refund from these lenders including CashNetUSA for all of the overpayments or is this too much to ask.
I am sending a letter revoking the ACH and wage assignments to all lenders today.
What else do I need to do to get out of this horrible mess? Thanks everyone for your help.

First, please go to your bank/credit union and immediately close your account so no further ACHs come out. Some of the payday lenders that you have are not even licensed to do business in the State of Ohio. On the payday lenders that are not licensed to do business in the State of Ohio, you are only morally obligated to pay back the principal balance. No interest or fees. Someone on this forum will be along shortly to let you know if what lenders are legal and what lenders are not legal.

If they are on the internet and a payday loan, not an installment loan, they are illegal.
What do you mean by "pd in full"? Are they current or fully paid?
I too am working on getting out of this mess myself and in Ohio.

CashNet USA is and internet and legal in Ohio. Horrible to work with the corporate office, but will offer you a payment plan. However is only offered in 4 pays.....
Are any of the others storefronts? I could not recognize the names...
Eastside lenders will not give up. You have to be persistent with them. I finally got them to stop ACH to my account and have set up that I will send them payments. However, I am still fighting that they are not legal to lend in Ohio. But they are at bay right now from taking any money from me. I would then pay them once the store fronts are taken care of.
What I have done is just tell the store fronts I can only bring you like $20 once I get myself undercontrol, I will bring more. But $20-$50 to each storefront is still like $200 each pay!
It will be a long ride, but we are all here to help!

The loans that I have marked pd in full are fully paid. I have reloaned with several companies. Was wondering if I could get any refunds for fees and interest from these companies.

You can try to get refunds, but you probably will not even get a response as they have no reason to be "nice". They have thier money.

I had a PDL with Great Sky and received a refund for over $600.00 so it can be done. What I did was filed a complaint with the AG in my state, made a copy of the complaint and emailed it to Great Sky. That same day, I heard from a manager, and an agreement was made to refund the full amount over and above the principle I had paid. I also had a loan with Cashnet and had no trouble with them. During the time of my loan AZ made PDL's illegal, so Cashnet worked out a fair payment plan, and also reduced some of the interest. For the rest of your lenders, I don't have any experience with.
