Red Light Citation

I was issued 3 tickets in which the vehicle was listed in my name, but I was not driving. My son was driving the vehicle during the time these tickets were issued by the camera in Bristol, TN and he called to tell them that he was driving and to take me off of the violation and that has not been done. What can I do to correct this issue?

I do not agree with citations being issued by camera photograph but unfortunately it is happening in some places. As far as the citations go, I believe they are treated like parking tickets. The citation goes against the car which goes against the registered owner. Personally I would take the car away from the boy. Obviously he has not learned how to drive properly if he keeps running red lights. Your lucky all you have received is some citations and not a phone call from the hospital or the police.
