I borrowed $100 in Oct of 2010. When speaking to the rep she said I could pay every two weeks on my loan. She did say a payment option form would be emailed to me. It never was. Nothing was ever sent to them. They started to withdrawal $30 every two weeks. I have now paid $150 which is more then I borrowed which also included what I owed on top of loan.( I believe total owed was $137.00) I called them today and he used lots of fancy words so I asked..wait how much do I still owe??? He says $100. The original loan. He asked if I ever received a payment option form and I told him no. I have emailed regarding this and never got a reply. He apologized for the miscommunication but if I want he can process the $100 today. WHAT???? Where did the $150 go to???? This is insane!!!! Is this legal??? All they did was extend the loan because they never heard from me. Even though this is the option I spoke to the original rep about..paying it off every two weeks. He did send the email while on the phone with me and it went to spam. I open it and when I click the link it says "error" and then I download it and even with that I can't read it. You have to use another program to open it in. I did that and the letter is so hard to understand. It is like they do this on purpose JUST to make it hard to read and agree.
