speedy cash in Texas

I sent an email to speedy cash requesting an EPP-they replied that they do not allow this in Texas and i have to make 12 payments to pay it off-keep adding interest and fees. Does anyone have any good news about them and payment plans?

Is speedy cash a storefront or internet lender? I found a few posts regarding them here but nothing conclusive. If they are operating as a CSO under state law they must offer the EPP provided you are not already in default.

If they are operating as a CSO they have to offer the EPP. You should have gone in person and spoke with someone at the store. Since you're now in default, not sure how to proceed. Hopefully one of the PDL experts will chime in soon.
