Please help. Are these lendors illegal in Minnesota ? I have paid most of them more than the original amunt in extension fees , interest, etc. I saw your template and would like to try to get some of these lendors to quit taking money from my account.

I have payday loans with all of them;

247 Green St 737.88
MagnumCash 437.69
MyCash now 177.93
AdvanceMe Today 585.00
Payment Direct 289.00
500 fast cash 455.00
Sure Advance 303.60
Advantage cash 195.00
Natl PDL 390.00
United Cash 520.00

Thank you for any help.

You will need to close your checking account, first and foremost. Then send them Cease and Desist letters, and fine complaints with the AG in your state. Since you have paid more than you owe, you can request a refund. Someone will come along with detailed advice to help you. Listen to what they say, it will save your $$$

You can't stop them from debiting your account, they won't stop and they won't listen to your requests. Just as soon as you let them know you are aware they aren't legal they will debit HUGE amounts from your account, if you try to revoke their ACH's, they will change their names and debit again and again, in other words, your account will never be safe again, so closing it is really your only option.
