Yeah...they do actually tell you they will only take the "interest" if you don't tell them to pay it down, but they count on that. You not having the money in time to pay it off. They ALL do that. It's shady, it preys on people in need(like myself...fighting with UCL now), and it's wrong. Just because something like this might be legal in some states doesn't mean you should do it.
Lump Ameriloan in with United Cash Loans....same bottom feeding company out to bilk people in need. Personally, I don't see why companies like this couldn't exist and make a good profit with interest rates more in line with legal rates? In NY for example, the limit is 25%. Why couldn't a company offer a loan like that....something reasonable and affordable? There is still profit there. I just don't get it.

All illegal internet PDL's do the same thing, same business practices. It's a nightmare, the phone calls never stop and as MIke W. stated, its the worst mistake I've ever made as well.
