My main question is: Is there anyone out there from Oklahoma or who knows Oklahoma law regarding payday loans? I have a copy of the "licensed" Deferred Deposit Lenders from the Oklahoma Dept. of Consumer Credit-MMG Holdings is NOT on it, and they(FFG) will NOT tell me where MMG is located. I received a $300 deposit in my account in November from a company called MMG Holdings LLC-by the time I saw it in my account it was too late to cancel it-I know I owe the 'principle' and absolutely want to pay that back. But I KNOW I did not apply for a loan from MMG Holdings. I do have a 'loan document' with 'my' electronic signature on it, but it had to have been done through a different company that sent me to MMG. I feel that would be extremely easy for them to transfer off another document or put in themselves. Nonetheless, all of a sudden, a message was on my machine from someplace calling themselves FFG. I called and spoke to a woman who would not tell me any other company name besides MMG Holdings (as in one of the 'generic' companies that advertise through e-mails like CashNetUSA or Cash500) and absolutely refused to give me an address when I told her my bank account was closed and I'd have to send a money order saying they don't accept checks, money orders, or cashier checks...only accepted Prepaid Visas, or other credit cards. Anybody know of MMG Holdings LLC and are they legal?

You shouldn't have to chase them down to make payments, if they won't give you a valid address (I wouldn't accept a P.O. Box either) where to send payments then it is no longer your problem. I wouldn't mess around with them, I would tell them, no address means no payments, end of story. That's what I would do but you can choose to do whatever way you are comfortable handling the situation.
