Proposed settlement offer by My Cash Center

I owe $505.50 to My cash center. They have proposed 2 settlement offers for me. One is for 6 equal payments of $193 and the other is for 7 equal payments of $182. They say i have to pay the interest and fees too.
Is this a reasonable settlement or not? I have not told them that i would agree to either offer yet.
Any advice is greatly appreciated? i live in texas.
