anyplace that threatens the old"paperwork to your job,or home"is a bottomfeeder.let me guess a pdl right?then they are not legit as pdl's are totally illegal in CT.they have to threaten because they have nothing else.btw i too googled the name and came up with zip.is there a phone# that shows up on caller id?that might help to get more info.

I got two calls from them today for someone that has never owned my mobile number.
First is 802-552-4300, second is 814-746-4521. The man I spoke to said they were going to take my number out of their system.

I got a call last Friday from a guy saying that he is scheduled to serve me a summons today and to stop the process, I have to call 855-411-4651 and gave me a case number.I called and a lady answered and told me that their company name is United Assett Collection. She said that I owe a lender $351.50 from 6 years ago(2006) and that the only option that I have right now is to pay that amount or they will serve me a litigation letter. Also, she told me that if I dont settle the fee and court cost will amount to $3295.00. I ask her to send me paperworks and the she emailed me a letter from payuas.com with the amountof 351.50 but no other info is there. What should I do ?
