I got the exact same message from CPD, saying I owed x amount of dollars. Also, got all the same info sent to my e-mail address. Tried sending e-mails but they won't go thru.

What message?

Please provide some more information on the message, if you have payday loans, what State you live in, etc., then people here will be better able to help you out.
