Lvnv on credit report

To find out if the SOL has expired, do I call LVNV to verify that info? And if has expired can I still pay the original account holder?

LVNV is a junk debt buyer...meaning that your original creditor

LVNV is a junk debt buyer...meaning that your original creditor has already sold off your debt....the OC is no longer party to the debt.

That said, LVNV is not going to give you any information to help you avoid paying them. You will need to figure out when your last payment was and based on what state you reside in, what your SOL would be.
