Quick click loans - legal?

They aren't legal.

They are located in Trinidad.

They have a bogus license for MO. on their website, if you put the license number in on the MO website nothing comes up.

Are you sure it's Quick Click Loans - their address shows Georgia? :confused:

This is the address that shows up under the Missouri License website. However, there's no license number with it. That's why I'm confused as to whether they are license/legal or not.:confused:

Payday loans are illegal (prohibited) in Ga., why would a payday loan company have an address in Ga., that's a big red flag in itself.

They are required to be licensed in YOUR state, they have none.

Why is their name listed on the Missouri Banking License site? They are supposedly an installment lender, not a payday loan lender. I'm sorry to be a pain, but I want to make sure I've given you all the information I know.

Could you give me a link? Are they using a dba?

I checked at the link below for Consumer Credit Lenders and I'm still not finding a license. hmmmmm

Leave off the "LLC" and just type in quickclick loans. It comes up, but does not show a license number??????:confused:

OK, it finally did come up, this is very interesting, if I were you, I would call the Missouri Division of Finance and ask to speak to Joe Crider, he is the Supervisor of Consumer Credit and the number is: 573- 751-3242, let us know the outcome.

I just made the call. They are licensed in Missouri. Have been since 2006.:sad:

Should I call the law firm before I get served? The only validation I received was the one page on the law firms letterhead, not showing me anything?

Well, according to the county court house schedule I'm supposed to be there next Wednesday. However, I have not been served. What should I do?:confused:
