Nationwide Cash ??
Date: Thu, 01/06/2011 - 13:05
I tried negotiating with Nationwide Cash last year, but it did not work out so well. They are willing to set up a payment plan for me to pay back $500, and I have told them that I have already given them $300 and that I will pay the remaining $200 to them, but they aren't willing to work with me.
has anyone had to deal with Nationwide cash? if so, what did you do and how did it work out...I am not understanding how they are all saying that they are not bound by my state's laws when what they are doing is illegal in my state..can someone please help me sort this all out, every time I get out of panic mode and start catching up my bills, another company emails me or calls me.
the guy from Nationwide cash did tell me that when I get my account paid off, meaning the $500, then I can re-apply for another loan from them, I told them NO THANK YOU! that it is the companies like his that has caused me more damage that helping me, I lost my house because of all of these PDL companies ripping me off every time I got paid and almost lost my car, I was getting deeper and deeper in the hole..
I really appreciate any advice or comments anyone can give me

Yes, I dealt with them more than three years ago, I paid them off the principal amount I borrowed and they are still sending me threatening emails. I don't even open them, they go directly to my spam folder. I would ignore it if I were you.
There's nothing to understand, they are wrong and you are right.
There's nothing to understand, they are wrong and you are right. They can't sue you, they can't do anything. As long as you have paid off the amount you borrowed there is nothing more to discuss with them, and that is what I would tell them, and that would be the end of my conversations with them.
If they have refused to give you an address where you can send payments (that is if you still owe them some of the principal amount you borrowed), then tell them, no address means no payments. You will receive xxx amount of money and nothing more, I will send payments via the mail with money orders, take it or leave it, the end.
On the other hand, if you owe them nothing, forward that email to your spam folder and never open another one again, there is no reason to allow yourself to get all worked up over this, they are illegal.
asked for mailing address...
here is the most recent email Nationwide Cash sent me today after I asked them for a mailing address...I am so tired of dealing with these people, they say that I want to make my own rules because I feel bad...I am beyond feeling bad..I have no house and I am barely keeping my head above water and my credit is ruined and they all keep threatening me and they think I am doing this just because I feel bad! what should I do now?
"we do not accept mailed in payments. In order to set up a payment arrangement we will need to do this with a credit/debit or pre-paid card. That is the method of payment we will need to facilitate this deal. Again I do understand your frustration but this we need to get something set up. We don???t do money orders because people will send whatever they want to. Debit cards keep everything in order and maintain accurate tracking records. Please I advise you to at least accept the settlement and start the minimum payments and let???s get past the frustration. we were there for you when you needed us and now you want to break down how we do business and set your own rules just because you feel bad. you can???t change our ways of doing things. Pay us back in installments and rid yourself of this headache???.please respond."

My response would be:
No address means no payments, this is my final offer.
here we go again....
they finally sent me another offer and I would appreciate anyone's opinion on it please....are they still just blowing hot air and trying to scare me into paying them alot of money?
Hello Ms.........we still have yet to hear how you plan on resolving these issues with us. Your balance with us is $830.00; I will offer you a settlement for $500.00, which you originally borrowed. The payments you made on the loan were finance fees. You knew that and you knew that going into the loan. Are these fees over inflated? Yes. Are these fees reasonable? Maybe, maybe not. But they are contractual and that???s what we will use to rule against you. You did sign a contract to pay us back and you haven???t done so yet. Now if I don???t hear from you or an attorney by the end of the week I will push for immediate action to be taken against you. All we want is resolution. How can we meet in the middle?
well any of those fees goes towards the 500.00 so you don't even
well any of those fees goes towards the 500.00 so you don't even owe 500.00.tell this woman(and i say that in the most techincal of senses)to take a walk.they are illegal and you know it.start deleting this garbage.it's not worth it to you to read an illegal piece of crap that is sending stupid emails that are ridiculous.
