I am a moron, and an idiot! I took an installment loan from First Bank of Delaware, and cannot afford to pay back the loan due to my other financial obligations!

I was able to make one payment, in December, and ???pushed??? the other payment forward until January 14th, 2011, (the payment was due today 1-6-11). The payment is only for 115.00, but right now I am living paycheck to paycheck (just like everyone else in America???.)

What happens if I can???t afford to repay the loan? Will First Bank of Delaware, take me to court and sue me? Or they place a lien against me?

Yes you should call them. You need to set up an alternate payment arrangement with them. ARe you currently on a bi-weekly schedule? Maybe they could move you to a monthy schedule instead. If you've only made 1 payment, it's likely they're not going to be all that nice about it as you have not history of good payment established with them.
