Today I received a voice mail message from a place called CCB Credit Services. They only left a voice mail, no information as to why they were calling. If this place is a collections agency aren't they required to send me a letter so I can request a validation of the debt prior to calling me?

I read a little about them on the forum and they aren't getting a positive or business like wrap. I'd just as soon wait for a letter. I don't want to encourage them to continue calling me at work. I was curious if you'd heard of or have any information on them.
