Hello..... I have a credit monitoring service, and I got a credit alert from experian. I log into the services to see what was happening and on my report there is this collection agency on there for a payday loan, that was given to me in 2004. Since this loan the company has gone out of business, and I have move from the previous address. I check to see what the Statue Of Limitations were here in the state of Massachuettes, and benowst to me, it has pass the 6yrs. So can someone please tell me do they have the right to do this, not only did they add BS to my credit file, I have a Jack!@X tell me that they can garnish my wages and contact my job.
