I had a loan for $600 with them and have paid them $2100
so far I sent them a letter stating they are not licensed and therefore
illegal in TN and that I wanted a PIF and refund.
I got several repeat emails from Ashley Sperry
wanting me to call which I will not I replied to her
with the same emails I sent before. She said she
will no longer respond by email. What do I do next?

i have filed a complaint with BBB they have the DE address which

i dont know whether its just a mail box or they really are there BBB has loanshoponline as aka xpressloan
i have also filed a complaint on both with FTC and intend to file a complaint with the AG in DE. I hope this works.
i will not pay them any more money theyve had enough from me. Do you have any direct links to TNs actual law rather than sites just stating what it is i want something that looks more official with law number etc but i cant find it.
