What next? Refund?

So, I sent emails, only heard back from one PDL company (signmyloan). BUT, all but 2 of the companies no longer have my info on their website. Is that a good thing? I haven't heard from 247greenstreet.com or DiscountAdvances, and my info is still on their website saying I owe.
Do you usually hear back from all PDL companies?
Oneclickcash and Unitedcashloans did not respond, but they don't have the info on mine and my husband's account (it was just there this morning).
Luckily my bank is working with me, and not charging fees for stopping payments, but have suggested I open a new account because these people will continue pushing and trying.
I also filed complaints.

Actually, closing your account is your safest option, especially since you have already sent them emails stating you are aware of their legality. Please don't expect the block you have placed on them to work permanently, because it won't, they will change their names and debit HUGE amounts from your account, as well as sell your account information to other Internet criminals!
I would suggest you get that account closed before you pursue this any further.
