The big one that I still owe is to Redstone. Back in September I asked for payment arrangements on a $550 loan plus $192 interest and they said I can just pay the $192. I haven't kept good track of it (thinking the balance was going down) and finally called yesterday. I've been paying $192 in interest twice a month and the balance is not going down at all. Is this legal to charge that much to a Maryland resident?

I also have Elastic, cashnet, advancemetoday, paydayloantoday. Cashnet and advance me were not helpful with payment arrangements at all. Are these 4 companies legal? Cashnet seems to be the lesser evil of the bunch.

What are my next steps for Redstone especially and can I do anything for the rest?

I am guessing that Elastic is your only legal lender, but that is only because they are connected with a bank.
The rest of your lenders are ILLEGAL.
Payday loans are PROHIBITED in your state.
