Hi, I am currently paying on 4 separate loans totaling around $60,000- I would very much like to consolidate this debt- I AM NOT a homeowner and I am currently collecting unemployment (NJ) but I am still managing to pay more than the minimum amount on each of these loans- I have good credit- in the mid to upper 700's

My goal is to maybe get a 10- 15+ year loan and pay around $500- $600 a month

Is this even possible??? AS I said I am collecting unemployment, just started a few months ago

My friend, I believe it's gonnabe difficult for you to find a debt consolidation loan when you don't have a way to make your payments. You may start looking for an employment (may consider even a part-time opportunity), be it in another city wherein you may have a relative to stay with.
You may also send letters to your creditors/CAs requesting them to cease all communication except communication in writing. I hope this will keep all harassing collection calls at bay.
At the same time, I'd like to inform you that Payday lending is considered 'illegal' in NJ. So, if you're currently paying towards such loans consider meeting the principal amount only (as you're not required to meet the interests and other associated charges).
