I've filed complaints with the BBB with most of these companies but not sure how you can do that if they're located outside of the states.
Does anyone have any information of successfully dealing with them?

You should also file complaints with your state's attorney general's office and the FTC. Do you still owe money to them? If so I would simply continue to send your original email and request a mailing address to send payment. If not, just keep sending your letter in response to theirs. Have you also revoked wage assignment and given a copy to your employer?

Just got an email response from "Daniel' saying "we don't respond to from letters". I'm assuming he means form letters?
Yes, I've already revoked wage assignments and sent them to HR.
I do owe them a remainder of the principal amount.
My state has a weird loophole (TN) that allows any online lender as long as they are licensed in a state. Huskhawk is not even licensed though. But I'm not sure if the AG would pursue the matter.
My bank account is closed and I again verified with the bank to not allow any money into or out of the closed account.
I'm thinking of email "Daniel" back and responding that this is not a form letter, rather it's a letter revoking any ach authorization or wage assignments that you have. and also informing them that I have notified my hr dept and closed the account. Bet that'll piss them off!

Daniel is an Indian who lives on an Indian Reservation, I am familiar with this tribe and their tactics. Tell Daniel you are not subject to their tribal laws, but if he wants to pursue this is a court of law he has every right to do so, however, that means he will have to forfeit his tribal laws. How much do you want to bet he won't?

Shazzers,
He hasn't mentioned tribal laws. Just the note "we don't respond to form letters."
Do you think that I should go ahead and tell them just what you said or is that going to piss them off (and should I care if they're pissed?).
I've filed complaints on everyone except huskhawk and national payday loan. Haven't heard from anyother companies in a few days.

So what do you guys think of this email response to Daniel. I haven't sent it yet but wanted to get your opinions.
This is not a form letter. This letter lets you know that I am revoking any ach authorization or wage assignment that I had given. Since you are an unlicensed and illegal lender, I am not paying any finance fees. I have notified my HR department of this notice and have closed my bank account.

I am willing to pay the remainder of the principal that I owe you. Please send me a physical address and I will send you a money order for the remainder $210. If I do not get an address, I cannot send you any money.

I know that you have received "cease and desist" orders from many states due to your illegal lending practices. I am filing a complaint with my state???s Attorney General and the FTC.

OK Klier, I think that is the most professional way to handle it.
A side note, they have a desist and refrain order against them with the state of Ca. I may have already told you that.

Just submitted my complaint to the FTC. I have already received a letter back from the state attorney general informing me that they would investigate and the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, which stated they do not regulate Credit Service Organizations, but rather directed me to the Secretary of State, FTC, and State Attorney General.
My principal is $250, and so far I have paid $1200 :-(
I have too emailed them, but I had the same "we do not respont to form letters" from this Daniel character.
The BBB site has them listed on South Carolina, but I thought they were from the Nevis, West Indies??

well I just got off the phone with Chase and they essentialy told me to go f@%& myself. Said that since I willingly provided my account information, they could not stop ACH withdraws. I would have to contact them, tell them to stop, and have them provide me with a cancellation number or some things like that.
Really, like they are willingly gonna say "oh, you've over paid us, let us cancel your account". Some help huh?
The lady said thats the only way so I told her that if they said no over the phone, that I should continue to take it up the tailpipe and live with it? She said the last recourse was to go to a Chase branch, have them close the account, and open a new account.
Well looks like I'm taking a trip to the bank tomorrow. I should buy a lottery ticket and then call Huskhawk. Maybe they say yes, they'll stop debiting my account, and maybe I win the lottery
