From what I understand,and someone in the forum will correct me if I'm wrong, Cashnet USA is a legal lender. You will have to pay them back according to your original loan agreement. You can ask for an EPP as long as you've not defaulted on the loan.

Hi, Cashnetusa is legal because they are registered as a CSO (Credit Service Organization). As far as your other lenders, they are NOT legal/licensed lenders, they are all well known Internet criminals who disguise them self as a legal loan entity.
