There is a complaint form to fill out. Please do this!!! The more complaints the more they can investigate. They are not judgmental about your situation.

I sent an email that was forwarded to their department about some questions I had about internet payday loans in Ohio. They asked for copies of my contracts which I emailed to them. Mind you they cannot act as your attorney but they are more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the info. I live in Ohio. I have filed complaints with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. I will also file with DFI.

That does not eliminate the need, only the protections.
