The manager of the cash store in houston called me yesterday after waiting a week to return my call last week trying to make arrangements. After that i just let the phone ring and listen to the messages. Yesterday i don't think she knew the voice message machine was on and she said to someone-
Calling that M____ F_____ Bitch-then she said hello and her name and for me to call her back.
I want to report her as I have this on my voice message machine-what would you advise?

I just returned a phone call to the Cash Store and talked to Gilbert. i told him what had happened and who i was going to report this to.
I do owe them $800 but i cannot pay that amount now and would need an extended payment plan.

The woman on the phone just called me and left me a message asking me to call her back and work this out before taking it to another level. The message said that it was a misunderstanding and she wasn't talking to me. She did not deny that she had said it. She wants me to call her back and see if we can work something out.

Your advice please??????????

I would call Cash Store's corporate office and deal with them. The Manager Woman is not very professional as she would not even be saying that in the first place and probably meant it to you. I hope you do follow through and file complaints with the FTC and your State Attorney General's Office.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh this is GOOD! You have them worried! I would call the corporate office again and tell them you are seriously considering sending a copy of this recording to your state attorney general, the FTC and the small lender regulating authority, they KNOW that they could be in serious trouble for this happening, and they SHOULD! Tell them there is no misunderstanding as you have proof, whether the employee was talking about someone else or not is irrelevant. YOU have PROOF!

I also now have a voice message from the woman manager to me telling me that she wasnot talking about me and asking me to work with her and not report it. i haven't called corporate yet because i don't have a phone number or email address. I will not play the message for them-I am saving it-i will let them listen to her response where she doesn't deny it but just says she wasn't talking about me.

I am inclined to sit on this a while and see what happens. She can't keep calling demanding payment or i will call corporate, the FTC, and the AG -I left that with Gilbert when i talked to him.

Advice please??????????????????
