Information that may really help people with Western Sky/Cash Call!

Hi! So even if they do sue you then they will only be rewarded the principle balance, which you have paid. The court wont order you to pay the interest. I have found people who have successfully been taken to court by them and were ordered to only pay the principle and not interest. You have overpaid these people and they will not get anything if they do take you to court. That is one thing I have seen over and over. They agreed to stop ach payments because they know if they take you to court they will not get anything else. Their best bet is to assume you don't know the laws and can scare you into paying. Don't pay them anything else. As of now, they owe you money.

Western Sky is illegal and they know it.  Do not stress over their tactics.  You have well overpaid.  Simply ignore them.  They are feeding you a bunch of BS.  Be done with them.

Dont anyone take this the wrong way but does the steps listed for illegal lenders like Western sky really work? I am so scared now that they are going to sue me, I have paid them $4700.00 for a $2600.00 loan so as you see i have almost paid back double. When i followed all the steps to do with them- They agreed to stop all ach debits, even agreed to stop calling me and to only deal in writing.. My issue is when i stated all the stuff about how they are illegal in my state which is NEW HAMPSHIRE they responded by basically telling me that is all crap that they are not only legal but the loan i have is valid and collectible. They even sent me a copy of my loan papers and also a breakdown of the payments that equal over $4700.00 but none of it went toward the principal- I now owe according to them $3356.87 because i had to nsf charges and havent paid them last month payment. Havent i paid them enough its almost double what i borrowed? Has anyone else got away with this with them or do we have to really pay what they say is still owed? THis is so nuts never again......

@momofthree27 what is the response from Experien regarding removing this debt from the credit report? I don't understand how they can continue to report an illegal debt. They have to have some sort of explanation. Also, I have not been able to find one single person who was ever able to get it removed from their credit report. People try and try but as far as I see, no one gets the debt removed. There has to be a way, I hope.

Try deleting [user] just leaving the persons name that you are sending the PM to. It seemed to work for me.

Please forward a copy to me.  I have been dealing with them for the past 4 months and could use any additional help as Experian is refusing to delete them from my credit report dispite all documentation and proof that the loan is an illegal tribal loan that has been more than paid over the principal amount.  Thanks in advance!
