So now, I'm getting calls from these folks saying "this is concerning an upcoming court hearing." Really???
These are the ones that I have argued with over tribal laws. I've sent 2 to 3 notices of the "ach revocation" and stop calling notice.
I'm just going to ignore these calls but had to tell my employer not to give out any information due to fraudulent activity.
By the way, I borrowed $350 and have already paid $455. So no I don't owe them anything.
I have filed complaints with BBB, anywhere else you can think of? My state won't really help unless they are brick and mortar stores (TN).

File a complaint with the FTC and your state's AG. And yes, ignore the calls - or better yet, tell them you would be THRILLED to see them in a United States court of law. :)
