Thanks. This site is great. The attorney said if they start to hassle me he will either write them a letter or we can do a three way call. I think if some of these get an attorney letter or call they might leave me alone. Maybe I can get some refunds. :)

They really have not bothered me yet. Just eastside and they have stopped calling at work , that is the only place they called. I told them they were breaking FDCPA and not to call at work as I have requested several times. So we will see.

Cash Direct Express has sent me to a collection agency I filed complaints with the FTC and BBB. SO we will see

500 FC, Ameriloan and OneCLick have me in the compliance department so we will see what happens when they review my claim. No positive outcome I file the complaints. I am hoping for refunds. But I doubt it. We will see!

There is one loan which I made no payment on. I have sent that to my debt consolidation and will only pay back the principal on that one. I don't know if they will cooperate. Would not provide and address and will not accept money orders only debit cards. I am thinking I should file a complaint because they refused to give and address and said no payments in the mail and I have it in writing. What do you think? It is part of PDL and that is the on who said account is settled. ALthough my account says and but say debt consolidation and the email does not reference the account number. I printed the screen from their website. But I requested further documention. I think if I do not recieve. I will file complaints, although I might have already I have to check. and I can include this letter in the complaint and try to get my refund. I think it was $1000 or so.
