Calvary calling my parents

Calvary Portfolio Services keeps calling my parents home in regards to my debt. They have my cell phone number but they keep calling my parents. If I send a C&D letter via certified mail, return receipt requested for them to stop calling my parents number, do they have to listen?
They call on an "unavailable" or blocked line, which is what comes up when my father calls my mom at home... she answers the call thinking its my dad and then has to go into this song and dance number with the collection agency.
I plan on paying them off but I don't have the full balance and they want the full balance right now. My parents cannot help me out with this either and I dont want them to worry about it. It's my debt, not theirs, and they shouldn't be stressing about it.
If Calvary wants to call me all the time, that's fine... but I want them to STOP calling my poor parents!
