Need advice on 2 payday loans I want to pay off.

I have 2 online payday loans that I took out on 11/22/10-
The first one was DJR Group for $300.00. They have debited $90.00 on 12/10, 12/24, and 1/07. This one I was never faxed a contract to sign with any terms and when I called the number the lady just said they had allready processed the loan.
The second one was with Pack Management LLC for $200.00. They haved debited $60.00 on 12/10, 12/24, and 1/07. This one I did get a contract faxed to me and signed and sent back to them.
I want to pay them both back but am not sure how to tie this up. After reading everything on the board I'm afraid that even if I give them the amount paid in full which would be one more payment of $390 and $260 that they would still take money from my account. Also the one I didn't even sign a contract for do I still need to pay them above and beyond the $300.00 they deposited into my account? Should I send them a letter with a physical payment? I did get both their address off this website (thank-you very much!). I plan on closing my account after this is settled but would love some advice on how to tie this up so it doesn't get ugly! I plan on going without lots to get this paid off.
PS: I got a call from the payday scammers trying to say I defaulted on a payday loan but knew I hadn't. I am sure these scum bags got my info from one of these places!
Oh ya...Nebraska...I meant to put that in my post. Thanks!

You do know, since they are unlicensed lenders, all you owe them is the amount you borrowed less any payments already made? They aren't entitled to interest and fees.

Bless You! You don't know how much your help is appreciated! I am inclined to pay them a small amount for fees but since I'm so ticked about the scammer call I probably with just send them the $30 and $20 In a money order and mark paid in full.
Don't feel obligated to pay them anymore than what you borrowed,
Don't feel obligated to pay them anymore than what you borrowed, that would encourage them to scam more people. Believe me, these people are nothing more than Internet criminals and do not deserve ANY favors.
Allright not a dime more! I called my bank and they put a stop
Allright not a dime more! I called my bank and they put a stop payment on both Pack Management and DJR transactions. I'm getting my letters ready to fax to each of them. Do you know if they are actually licenced anywhere or where I can find that info out?

FYI, stopping payment on them will only be a temporary fix, they have so many alias's they will use another name and debit your account again and again and again, the worst part is, they will sell off your information to other Internet criminals. Seriously, you need to close that account, it will never be safe again.
FYI, DJR Group is also known as: OSL Marketing Platinum B Serv

And honestly, they may and probably DO have other names. They aren't licensed to lend anywhere. They also pose as a collection agency.

I plan to close my account but can't until it is out of the red
I plan to close my account but can't until it is out of the red (which is due to these you know what's). I will be able to make a deposit on the 21st then be able to close my account. Hopefully it will take them a day to figure out that it was blocked to them. Should I wait to send out my letters until I can close that account. If they get it ahead of time they will probably start trying to zap me. I also contacted the NE bank and finance dept to get the laws stated. In the response I got they sent an attachment to file a complaint if I wanted. Do you think I should proceed with that? You are so helpful. I really do appreciate the time you are taking with me in this issue.
Place a hard debit block on your account before you send out any
Place a hard debit block on your account before you send out any letter, you will need to speak directly with the branch manager, no one else will do.
