I received a call from Forster & Comles 585-672-6061 about a online payday loan from Cash Supply which is illegal in the state of Ohio.I sent Cash Supply a cert letter stating I only owned the principal which I paid , since Cash supply was illegal in Ohio.I received no response , this was over a year ago .So today I get the call from Forster & Comles stating that I owe $2115.69 or we go to court.Can someone advise how I should proceed?

If Cash Supply is legal in Ohio, then you're only required to pay the principal amount. You don't require to pay the interest or fees. Since you have already paid the principal amount, so you don't require to make any further payment on the loan. I think it is better to contact a lawyer in Ohio. He can help you in handling the matter.
