I just received two phone calls, one on my cell and at work from Sharon at Pay day Loan yes, stating that if she doesn't receive a payment in her office by today she will file charges against me, next step is to call my supervisor and it would show up on my credit report by the 21st. I have sent them multiple e-mails and i don't know if i should call her back as i don't want them to contact my uspervisor tomorrow. I took out a loan with them for 350 dollars and i have already paid 506 in fees. Please any advice.

As far as calling your supervisor, you might want to inform your employer that you are being harassed by an illegal lender, I know you don't want to get your employer involved, but they already are, so it's best that you inform them ahead of time and let them know you are a victim of an Internet scam but are talking steps to resolve it by filing complaints against them with your state attorney general and the FTC. One very important thing, shoot them (paydayloanyes) and email revoking their right to any wage assignment you may have signed with them, date it, and TAKE it into your employer, it's very very important that you take this to your employer!

Don't talk to them anymore, if they call, hang up or don't even answer it, the more you talk to them, the more they will call you. Better yet, have your cell phone number changed, because I can guarantee you that paydayloanyes isn't the only Internet criminal that has your info. Illegal lenders sell and share information with others.
