Internet PDL in Texas

After my mother's unexpected passing and no life insurance, I found myself struggling to pay for her funeral services. I took out several pay day loans and have since renewed or re-borrowed. It's been almost a year and I am still in the hole and unable to breath. As a single mother I am drowning in debt now and can't get my head above water. I tried, but it is just too much. If I pay just the finance charge every month, I still don't have money for groceries, gas or to keep up with my rent and utilities. It's ridiculous. I know I got myself into this mess, but I am desperate to find a way out. I have paid more than what I borrowed and I still have almost the original amount to pay.

Can you please tell me if these companies are legal internet PDL companies in the State of Texas?
