I have 11 payday loans and have no clue where to go. My paycheck is gone, my other bills are not getting paid.

As you've fallen into the payday loan trap, you will have to consolidate them and get rid of the debts. However, before consolidating the payday loans, check out whether or not the payday loan companies are legal in your state. If they are not legal, then you can only pay off the principal amount and get rid of them. You won't be liable for paying off the late fees or any other charges to the payday lender.

If the payday lenders are legal in your state, then you can contact any debt relief company and try consolidating the debts to pay them off. To know more on payday loan consolidation, check out the given page: www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan-consolidation.html

I am trying to see if Kings Cash Express is affiliated with any other online lender, I went to their website and it looks pretty amateurish. That leads me to believe the website was thrown together by someone who is in a hurry to make money! It states they have a license to lend in MO. I checked the MO. licensee data base and sure enough they have a licensed, for installment loans and not payday loans. Browsing around their website they are making all sorts of claims ( a little narcissist if you ask me lol).

The tricky part is; your state requires a payday lender to be licensed in your state, and King Cash is NOT, however, they aren't claiming to be a payday lender, they are claiming to be an installment lender. So, my suggestion would be for you to reread your loan contract to see exactly what is says, if it states you have obtained a payday loan, they are illegal, on the other hand, if it states they have issued you an installment loan look at the interest rate, they may be charging you over and above what your state law allows.

I sent my letter to getecash and I just now got this email from them(little confused);

We thank you for paying your loan off in full and to show our appreciation we would like to extend an open invitation to borrow with us in the future. Because you have been a great customer we will be happy to increase the amount of your loan $100. Please contact us via email or by phone (801) 717-1550 to have your new loan originated. We look forward to servicing your loan needs and hope to speak to you soon.
In addition, if you refer a friend and we make a loan to them, you will receive a $25 discount on your payoff. Just send them to getecash.com and tell them to put you down as one of the references. Tell them to make sure and let us know they were referred by you.
We appreciate your business and hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks

I also have a storefront with Advance America. I live in Illinois, but the store is Indiana. I tried to make payment arrangements and they would not let me. So, now my check has been returned as I told them it would be and they still will not work out a payment arrangement. She said I at least half to pay 1/2 tomorrow and then the other 1/2 the next payday. I thought for Illinois they had to set up a payment plan. Any help?
