Scam

I too had been harrassed by this man, each time he calls he uses a different name and always an american name. I did have a payday loan that I did pay off, so my question is how do I get him to stop calling my work place! I did call him back on my cell phone last week and told him that I wanted to see something in writting before I would send any money to him, he told me that because it was a wireless transaction there were no papers, and that he could not send me anything. He has also threatened to have this go to court, has stated that there is a criminal lawsuit against me, but of course if this were true don't you think I would have been notified. He is a real irritating man and needs to be stopped. Now that I know all this information about his company I can't wait for him to call again so I can expose him!!! Good people hopefully this all gets stopped soon!!!
