[COLOR=black][FONT=Arial]I received this in an email yesterday, "Hey man, I just want to let u know that closing your bank acount while u have a check out is a felony offense. You need to get up with us @ the qwik cash A.S.A.P. The bosses want to press charges. I replied to his email that I did not know the checking account was closed; the bank must have closed the Account Due to Inactivity. Just wondering what the law is in Florida. I would go ahead and pay this but I???m in the process of filing a chapter 7.[/FONT][/COLOR]
