Can I home improvement contractor send you to collections? I got this concrete contrators from only licensed contractors.com to do my cracked driveway. I don't like the color of the concrete and so I refused to pay him the remaining $3K for the job. He send he will send me to collections and possibly sue me. can he do that?

I don't think not liking the color is grounds to not pay the contractor for the work that was performed. Like Shazzers said, he definitely can send you to collections and sue you for the balance.
