Unsecured loans and credit card debt

I have two unsecured loans that amount to about $30,000 and three credit cards that I submitted to "Credit Solutions" a few years ago. I have had to take pay cuts at my job (I'm in education in California) and cannot keep up with the payments. Is there anyone who can help me?
