I made the mistake of getting a payday loan because my divorce I was going through. I started off with one and now I'm up to 7. I live in Texas and I need to get rid of these as soon as possible. I'm a single mom now and I need my paychecks. I'm pretty much left with nothing. The following are loans that I took out:

Internet
cashcentral.com - 700 (fees 270)
mycashnow.com - 700 (fees 269)
integrity advance - 500 (fees 120)
paydayone.com - 900 (fees 280)
cashnetusa.com - 800 (fees 250)
checkngo.com - 900 (fees 225)
acecashexpress.com (not sure if this is considered store front or not, i picked up the cash on site, but applied online) - 1000 (fees 305)

I can't afford all that including the fees. I just want to pay what I owe with a payment plan.

I wouldn't mind paying off couple of them, but I desperately need to get rid of the rest. I am not past due on any of my accounts and I am update to on all payments; however, I do not want to make any more payments. I want my checks back and I'm willing to make a settlement with all of them if I can just have one payment.

Payday lenders like paydayone, cashnetusa, acecashexpress are legal in Texas. I'm not sure about others. There are high chances that the other payday lenders are illegal. You can check out the given page in order to know how to deal with the illegal payday lenders:

You should consolidate or settle your debts with those payday lenders who are legal in your state. You can contact a debt relief company and they will help you with payday loan consolidation.
