I owe about $3,200 to 8 check advances. After paying the montlhly fees, I only have enough to pay for rent, utilities, some groceries, and sometimes my car note. My husband is out of work so he is unable to help with these expenses. Then I became sick, couldnt walk or work. My health is better through medication. I defaulted on the payday loans this month and they have been calling. I tried calling the CFSA, but have yet to get a return call. I need serious HELP!!!HELP!!! I dont want to do a 2nd bankruptcy. What can I do

You haven't mentioned the state you live in. You should check out whether or not payday loans are legal in your state from: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html . If payday loans are not legal in your state, then you won't have to pay any late fees or other charges. You can simply pay off the principal balance to the lender and get rid of the loans.

If you're facing severe financial hardship in paying off the payday loans, then you can go for the option of payday loan consolidation. You can contact the local debt relief companies and they will assist you in this matter.
